All entry fees are for 3 days, if you enter for one or two days only, it is 20% less no matter if one or two days.

Exhibition only is 30 Euro / 3 days. Double space for one cat and grooming space is 30 Euro.

Club members will receive 10 % discount. 

For those club members who volunteer to work at the show, the entry is for free.

Regional fund is 1 Euro/exhibitor.

We will share the catalog online, in case you request a printed catalog in advance, it costs 5 Euro.

Other information

​

The show will be held in an under-one-roof venue, that successfully hosted our two biggest shows already, the 4 Star Best Western Plus Lakeside Hotel in Szekesfehervar. The hotel is extremely nice to us and happy to host our show again. It has very nice, spacious rooms and the breakfast is fabulous. Did you know they even have special beds for tall people?! Yes, they do! So in case you are 200 cm or taller, don't hesitate to ask. :-) 

They have 85 rooms waiting for us, so no one will be left out in need to drive an hour to the show.

We have a special room rate for the show:

82 Euro/double room

The room price includes breakfast. The pet fee is 18 Euro/room (!), but there is no deposit.

The catalog closing date is 25th December, 4 p.m. CET.

The show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. all days.  Check-in starts at 8.30 a.m on Sunday.

​

Only those cats can stay in the show hall that are in the catalog. If you would like to have an Exhibition Only cat, you must also enter as Exhibition Only. The price is 30 Euro/cat.

​

We will measure a half of a Sturdi Habitat (65 cm) for each entry.

​

Special benching requests will be honored to the best of our ability.  For your cat’s comfort, the top, sides, and bottom of the cages must be covered.

​

We are organizing a New Year's Eve party 31th December evening from 7 p.m. in the show hotel. The price is 39 Euro. The dinner is buffet and the price includes and extended drink package.

​

We can't provide airport shuttle, but can recommend FOX Autorent and Game Car Rental for renting a car, not only for their professional service, and airport pickup, but their nice rate of the deposit. (In Terminal car rental means you have to walk a lot to pick up your car, because of constructions at the BUD airport, and please always check the rate of the deposit, because it can be 2000 Euro)

This is a vetted show.  

Cats showing signs of ear mites, fleas, fungus, or any other illness will not be permitted in the showhall.  All entries should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and feline enteritis.  Any cat or kitten from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within 21 days prior to the opening date of the show is ineligible for entry and/or exhibition. Any cat which is obviously pregnant or lactating will be disqualified.  All claws (front and back) must be clipped prior to judging.

Hungarian law requires any animal coming outside of Hungary over the age of 4 months to be vaccinated against rabies within the last 12 months.  Proof of current rabies vaccination might be requested. Please check out the rules for your country in case you are coming from outside the European Union!

The show management shall take all reasonable care of cats, carriers and other personal property of exhibitors, but it is expressly stipulated that neither the show management nor any member of the club nor the club sponsoring the show can be held liable for the loss of or accident to the cats, carriers or other personal property of any exhibitor.
